RETURN POLICY - Updated 11/24/2021                                                    


At Lizzy’s Pink Boutique we want our customers to experience the absolute best customer service while engaging in a small boutique shopping experience, as well as having the ability to try things on and inspect items before making a purchase. We work hard with each customer and do hope that you love each item tomorrow as much as you did today. We understand things happen and we are here to make your eligible return go as smooth as possible with the following return procedure. Please keep in mind that we are a small, one location boutique and do not have the flexibility with returns as big box retailers do, therefore we have a stricter return policy, that does not allow for any exceptions.


  • Eligible returns, regardless if purchased in the boutique or online must have all original manufacturer and Lizzy tags attached as well as a register, gift or online purchase receipt and be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, un-snagged, and unwashed, free of any odors or pet hair to be considered for return. Shoes must be returned in their original box, with no signs or wear.
  • Our items are inspected several times when they arrive, during unpacking, steaming, pricing and display.  However, if we did miss something, damages must be reported within 3 days of date of purchase or we will not grant an exchange or store credit – for any reason.
  • We do not issue refunds. We offer store credits ONLY. All store credits expire 1 year after date of issuance.


  • ALL SALE ITEMS MARKED DOWN 20% OR MORE, gift cards, holiday items, personalized items, food, Franklin Flannels, custom orders, hair accessories, hats, socks, leggings jewelry, Brumates and social wear, this includes all cocktail and formal dresses and jackets over $65. They are considered social wear and a FINAL SALE, no exceptions. Nora Fleming is inspected at sale – and will not be eligible for returns if damaged.  We do not ship Nora Fleming at this time.
  • * Lizzy’s Pink Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements and if ordered online, will be shipped back with additional shipping costs owed.


  • 0 -14 days - may be returned for store credit only.
  • 15 days after purchase, items are no longer eligible for a return, credit or exchange.
  • ELIGIBLE* CHRISTMAS PURCHASESbetween November 26th and December 24th, 2021 will be given additional time for an exchange or store credit. These exchanges or store credits must be returned on or before January 8th, 2022 as noted at the bottom of your receipt. There will be no additional time given for returns after this date. No exceptions.


  • You have 2 weeks (14 days) from the delivery date of your item(s) to send back.
  • If return is postmarked 15 days after delivery date, return will be refused.
  • All returns must be pre-paid and we recommend that you ship your return via insured parcel post. We will not accept any packages that are COD. In the event that any returns are lost, stolen, or damaged, Lizzy’s Pink Boutique will not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and original shipping is not refundable. An email will be sent when return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
