At Lizzy’s Pink Boutique we want our customers to experience the absolute best customer service while engaging in a small boutique shopping experience, as well as having the ability to try on and inspect items before making a purchase. We work hard with each customer and do hope that you love each item tomorrow as much as you did today…

However, due to the circumstances of the current situation with Covid, 

ITEMS PURCHASED TODAY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND/OR CREDIT.

                                            

COUPONS & PERKS - Customer must present original coupon at time of purchase and pay all applicable sales tax. Limit one coupon/perk per person, per day. Coupons & Perks have no cash value and can’t be combined and/or applied to past purchases. We reserve the right to suspend redemption of any coupon, at any time.

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOUR ITEM NEEDS A GIFT RECEIPT – NO EXCHANGES OR STORE. CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT AND/OR GIFT RECEIPT, NO EXCEPTIONS.

At Lizzy’s Pink Boutique we want our customers to experience the absolute best customer service while engaging in a small boutique shopping experience, as well as having the ability to try on and inspect items before making a purchase. We work hard with each customer and do hope that you love each item tomorrow as much as you did today, but if not, we are here to make your eligible return go as smooth as possible with the following procedure. Please keep in mind that we are a small, one location boutique and do not have the flexibility with returns as larger stores do, therefore we have a stricter return policy, that does not allow for any exceptions.

LOCAL PICK-UP

For those local to the area, we are pleased to offer local pick. 

SHIPPING

Lizzy’s Pink Boutique ships merchandise to the United States Only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and are expected arrive between 3-5 business days after shipment. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available.

We reserve the right to suspend redemption of any coupon, at any time.     

*ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:          

  • Eligible returns, regardless if purchased in the boutique or online must have all original manufacturer and Lizzy tags attached as well as a register, gift or online purchase receipt and be in new, unworn, unaltered, un-snagged, and unwashed condition, free of any odors or pet hair to be considered for return. Shoes must be returned in their original box, with no signs or wear. Damage to the shoe box also makes the shoes ineligible for returns, so we recommend incasing the shoe box in another box. Mailing labels attached to the shoe box make it ineligible for return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements, including when items shrink or bleed due to not following proper washing instructions, such as dry clean, hand wash, etc. Please see tag for proper instructions on how to properly care for your item.
  • Our items are inspected several times when they arrive; unpacking, pricing, steaming and display, however if we did miss something, damages must be reported within 3 days of purchase or cannot be returned for any reason.
  • We do not issue refunds. Store credits expire 1 year after date of issuance.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • ALL sale items, gift cards, personalized items and social wear.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, items such as undergarments, smooth wear, leggings, eye wear, hair accessories, hats, socks and earrings (including those sold in a set) are a FINAL SALE, no exceptions.

IN BOUTIQUE PURCHASES:

  • 0 -14 days - may be returned for store credit only.
  • 15 days after purchase, items are no longer eligible for a return, credit or exchange.

ONLINE RETURNS*

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  • 15 days after delivery, item no longer eligible for returns.
  • All returns must be pre-paid and we recommend that you ship your return via insured parcel post. We will not accept any packages that are COD. In the event that any returns are lost, stolen, or damaged, Lizzy’s Pink Boutique will not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and original shipping is not refundable. An email will be sent when return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
