RETURN POLICY

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOUR ITEM NEEDS A GIFT RECEIPT - NO REFUNDS WITH OUT A RECEIPT.

  1. At Lizzy’s Pink Boutique we want our customers to experience the absolute best customer service while engaging in a boutique shopping experience; personal attention, the ability to try on and inspect items before making a purchase and the nature of a small business environment. We hope you love each item tomorrow as much as you did today, but if not, we are here to make your qualifying return go as smooth and easy as possible with the following simple procedure for return:
  2. Merchandise must have original tags attached and register or register gift receipt and be in new, unworn, unaltered, un-snagged, and unwashed condition, free of any unsatisfying odors or pet hair to be considered for a return. Refunds as follows:
  1. 0 -10 days for same method of purchase refund – store credit if your check has not cleared.
  2. 11-30 days after purchase, we will issue an in-store credit.
  3. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for a return, credit or exchange.
  • Sale Items, Gift Cards, Crystal Jewelry, Personalized Items, and Social Wear are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • For hygienic reasons, Intimates, Seamless Bottoms (including Tights & Leggings) Hair Accessories, Hats, Eye Wear and Earrings (including Jewelry Sets sold w/ matching earrings) are a FINAL SALE.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, with no signs or wear. Damage to the shoe box also makes the shoes ineligible for returns.
  • We do our best to inspect every item as it arrives, but realize we may miss something. All damages need to be reported to us within 3 days and we will be happy to exchange your merchandise for the same item. After 3 days, your item is not eligible for a return or exchange.

*We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements, including when items shrink or bleed due to not following proper washing instructions, such as dry clean, hand wash, wash before wear, ring after wash, etc. Please see tag for proper instructions on how to properly care for your item, because we know you LOVE them as much as we do. J

On-line Purchases for Return

All above applies

  • All returns must be pre-paid and we recommend that you ship your return via insured parcel post. We will not accept any packages that are COD. In the event that any returns are lost, stolen, or damaged, Lizzy’s Pink Boutique will not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and original shipping is not refundable. An email will be sent when return has been received and the refund has been issued.
  • Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
