Lizzy’s Pink Boutique accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week, however orders are only processed Monday through Friday and in the order they are received. Expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. Please not that during the holidays, processing times may take longer. All orders are shipped from our location in Sycamore, Illinois via USPS or UPS or DHL and will be hand delivered.
Please make sure you’re shipping to your correct address and the location is secure or upgrade to include insurance. Lizzy’s Pink Boutique is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during transit nor are we responsible for the theft of packages once they have been delivered to your address. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once it is marked "delivered".
Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.
